In the early part of any year, crypto analysts are always on the hunt for low-priced projects that they believe could surge to epic proportions and offer investors massive gains. This year, they have identified XRP, Shiba Inu, ADA, and the new ERC-20 token Yeti Ouro (YETIO) as the four strongest contenders.
Yeti Ouro: A Memecoin With Utility
Yeti Ouro is potentially the most explosive on the list as it’s the only new project, which translates to an unlimited upside. The project, deployed on Ethereum, combines the excitement and hype of memecoins with the rewards and utility of play-to-earn gaming through its new thrilling and immersive P2E racing game Yeti Go.

XRP, Shiba Inu, Or ADA?
In the mainstream arena, three of this year’s candidates for the best investments are XRP, ADA, and Shiba Inu.
SHIB’s appeal is obvious, given the memecoin mania that has gripped the industry over the past year, where new projects created as trolls went on to hit hundreds of millions of dollars in market cap. SHIB price would be the first of the three to surge in a bull rally as memecoins tend to front-run the market. The surge could be in a few days, with the Trump inauguration next week expected to be a turning point for crypto.
XRP and ADA are the better long-term holds. The two are geared towards utility, with XRP targeting global payments while ADA powers a decentralized ecosystem.
Trading around $2.5 currently, XRP price’s next resistance is at $2.553, its 76.4% Fib retracement level. Analysts say that if it breaches past $2.62, it could be set up for a sharp surge to end January on a high.

ADA price, on the other hand, has been hovering around $1 since December, with a few sharp swings. Analysts say the token must sustain its price above $1 to allow bulls to take control and push it to retest the next major resistance, which stands at $1.4. A successful retest would set the stage for ADA to surge toward its all-time high of $3.
