Medical device manufacturer, Semler Scientific has announced a significant expansion of its Bitcoin holding. The company has bought 247 BTCs worth $17 Million, bringing their total holdings to 828 BTC as per the recent Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing. Further, in a S-3 form filed with the SEC, the company highlighted its intention to issue more debt securities, to issue more Bitcoin.
